We currently have part time servicing in and around the Princeton, Texas area.
We can assist with most pinball machines from 1980 to present day. We specialize in solid state pinball machines, specifically the brands of Bally, Williams, and Stern, from the late 80’s to the mid 90’s. Unfortunately, we do not currently work on Electromechanical (EM) machines as those are typically pre-1980’s; however, we can provide recommendations to you for those who specialize in those particular machines.
We can make house calls based on our schedule availability. We can also carefully pack your pinball machine to transport it to our shop where we can really dig into making your machine the best it can be. If you are able to bring your machine to us, the initial service costs are waived and we only charge for the parts and work completed.
Common Types of Services
- Repairs: Flippers not flipping, bumpers not bumping, balls moving too slowly, or rubbers just not getting the right kind of bounce? We can help with all of that and more!
- Cleaning: Playfield looking a little dirty? We offer routine cleaning maintenance which includes a full top side down clean, wax, new rubber parts, and new pinballs.
- Lighting: New advances in LED technology really make a difference in the way a game looks and feels during play. We can help with installation! Note that some games will require a newer style interface board to run LEDs properly, we can help review and provide advice on what works best for your machine.
- Restoration: Only done in shop. We can make your machine look brand new! We do everything from a minimalist restore all the way to a full custom beauty. Keep in mind, this is the most time consuming project and can take six months or more to complete, but is well worth the wait.
- Preventative Maintenance (PM) Services: Have a machine, or several machines, that get used frequently? We can schedule monthly, quarterly or semi-annual visits to keep your machine in tip-top shape.

Service and Full Technician Repair Area Initial Call Rates
Green: $2.00 per mile from Princeton, Texas
Yellow: $2.25 per mile from Princeton, Texas
Red: $2.50 per mile from Princeton, Texas
Rates do not include parts required to complete the service call, pick up or delivery of the pinball machine.
If you can bring the machine to us, the initial call rates will not apply and only fees related to completing the service call and parts will be charged.

- Repairs, Have a machine that isn’t working just right we offer both in your home service calls, or we can also carefully pack it, and transport it to our shop. In your home service call rates are $2 per mile from Princeton. Plus a Technician rate of $75 an hour and Service Technician rates of $35 an hour (IE if your job warrants more in-depth repairs, and cleaning and LED’s, or you have multiply machines that need service we may need to have more than one Tech to facilitate faster service) Rates do not include parts required to repair the machine. State sales tax applies to all services, and parts. Pick up and delivery is also not included in these rates. If you can bring the machine to us that’s even better, and will allow us to better service your machine, and spend extra time that we wouldn’t be able to otherwise.
- Cleaning, We can do routine maintenance, to full top side tear down clean, wax, new rubber parts, and new pin balls. We have cleaning services currently available in the Arlington, and Little Elm areas, as well as the listed areas in the map below.
- Lighting, New advances in LED technology can really make a difference in a way a game looks and feels. Some games will require newer boards to run LED’s.
- Restoration, want that game looking like new, and playing like it to? We can do everything from a minimalist restore, all the way to full custom.
- PM Services, do you have several machines on location that need regular Preventive Maintenance, on a monthly schedule, we are happy to help.
